This is a team effort. There will be need for Staff who are writers to create the SL's, there will be need of staff to monitor and run the SL written by the writers. Staff that keep sheets updated and paperwork. Staff that have to approve sheet work according to the rules set by the forums. Staff that will have to write mini plots to keep everything running. Staff that will watch the characters and simple be present to reward XP for free form. There is no ONE ST here the staff all contributes in some way to keeping the SL running. There will be staff rules that all staff is expected to follow, All staff are expect to show no favoritism to any one person or character we are here to tell a story, give those playing their chances and opportunity to sever the Sabbat and sect for the sect. Anyone outside the sect is an enemy in Sabbat sect views.
If you wanna work in a select area only like a writer, or a Game ST, maybe you wanna run the Black hand as their ST or writer, say so on your application for the ST position. But keep in mind we are running a group SL and ST's are not to stray from the SL that the writers and head staff approved. If you wish to add mini plots or twists it to be submitted like all writers where it will be reviewed and processed like all things in this SL to avoid complications and confusion.
